29th May
This morning the one egg was still clearly visible in the nest and about 11 o'clock the female came back to the nest and was sitting for 2 1/2 hours. When she got up, another egg was in the nest! Yesterday she returned to the nest a few times during the afternoon and we expect her to do the same today! We reckon that she will lay one or two more eggs and then will start to incubate. The eggs will then hatch in approximately two weeks.
